Following the results of the annual reader survey conducted by Travel+Leisure, Turkey's Istanbul Airport has conceded its first-place ranking as the world's best international airport to Singapore Changi Airport. The global ranking was determined based on the evaluation votes of approximately 661,000 international travelers who assessed transit hubs across multiple operational criteria.
| Ranking Criteria | Highlighted Features |
| Infrastructure & Design | Visual aesthetics, spacious layouts, and intuitive transit routes. |
| Passenger Experience | Integration of leisure attractions, luxury retail, and high-efficiency automation. |
