Istanbul Rumeli University Researchers Publish Study on Wind Turbine Drivetrain Failure Modes

A team of researchers associated with the Department of Computer Engineering at İstanbul Rumeli University has published a peer-reviewed paper in Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio).

The paper introduces an uncertainty-aware Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) framework to prioritize 20 key failure modes in wind turbine drivetrains under dynamic mechanical and thermal stresses.
