Turkish Airlines Expands East Asian Network with Direct Istanbul–Chengdu Service
Turkish Airlines is set to broaden its scheduled long-haul operations by introducing direct passenger flights connecting Istanbul and Chengdu, China. The service will operate three times weekly on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The carrier will deploy Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner wide-body aircraft on the route, supporting international commercial and business travel corridors between Türkiye and southwestern China.
