Ahead of the UN climate change conference (COP31), which Turkey is slated to co-chair, the country is heavily promoting its national "zero waste" initiative. In the energy sector, the World Nuclear Association, in partnership with the Nuclear Industry Association of Türkiye (NIATR), hosted an End Energy Users Workshop in Istanbul.
