Venezuela's Interim Leader Delcy Rodriguez Meets Erdogan During Surprise Istanbul Visit
Delcy Rodriguez, who assumed interim leadership in Venezuela following the capture of former President Nicolas Maduro by US forces in January, arrived in Istanbul late Sunday for a surprise diplomatic visit. She met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday to hold bilateral discussions.
