Emergencies and Incidents: Airplane Crash and Grand Bazaar Fire in Istanbul
Recent emergency events in Istanbul have drawn public and official attention, involving both aviation safety and historical landmarks.
A passenger aircraft carrying 267 individuals collided with a radar tower shortly after landing. The flight, operated by Turkish Airlines, was evacuated immediately following the crash.
